State: Buenavista Casitas del Caserío de Masca are aligned on the ridges of the mountains. They occupy practically every portion of the habitable space, perched on the edge of the abyss that draw the deepest ravines of the island. El Mirador de Cherfe (on the road that arrives from Santiago del Teide) offers a wonderful panoramic view of the inhabited area. This was always a narrow and lost corner of the civilization to which electricity arrived not long ago and where the roads were little more than dusty roads. In fact, for years there was only one way of communicating with the exterior, the Camino de los Guanches, which connected Masca with Santiago del Teide. But thanks to that secular oblivion, it is preserved as before.
